WeCare Consultancy Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit through the consultation form: your name, mobile number, the area of concern you select, and any message you choose to add.
- Technical data automatically recorded when a form is submitted: your IP address, browser user agent and referring page. This is used solely to prevent automated abuse of the form.
- Aggregate analytics about page views and performance. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use advertising cookies and do not build cross-site profiles.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to contact you about the enquiry you made and to assess your circumstances so we can advise you. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we never contact your creditors or your employer without your express, separate written instruction.
Consent and withdrawal
By submitting the form you consent to being contacted about your enquiry. You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing consult@wecareconsultancy.sg. We will stop contacting you and delete your enquiry record, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
Retention
Enquiry records for people who do not become clients are deleted within 12 months. Records for engaged matters are retained for the period required under our professional and statutory obligations, after which they are securely destroyed.
